Agile working at TESVOLT

Flat hierarchies and significant personal responsibility

Our technological lead relies on the personal responsibility of our employees. By introducing an agile organisational structure we eliminated the bottleneck of hierarchies. We make decisions as a team. This means each individual can maximise their contribution.

In an evolutionary organization, decision-making competence is distributed to colleagues, collective intelligence is harnessed, making a high degree of agility possible. Hierarchy, bureaucracy and formalism slow down the ability to react and innovate and are the wrong answer to these challenges.

Our agile structures in brief

Let our founder Daniel explain why we believe in agile work and how it makes us successful.
