TESVOLT has partnered with trade magazine photovoltaik to establish the InnoInstall Award. The award honours innovative commercial storage system installations that go beyond standard applications. Specialist tradespeople were asked to submit their projects by 15 April 2021. Eighteen applications were received from across the world, including from Saint John (Caribbean), Australia, Guyana in South America, Brazil, Italy and Germany.
A specialist jury comprising trade journalist Niels Hendrik Petersen, Dr. Julia Badeda of Abo Wind, independent technical consultant Hans Urban, and TESVOLT founders Daniel Hannemann and Simon Schandert is now evaluating the degree of innovation of all the submitted projects to choose the top three. These will be published in the May issue of photovoltaik as well as on the award website https://www.inno-install.tech on 18 May. The top three will then be ranked based on public votes made through the website.
The winner will receive the prestigious InnoInstall Award, a grant of EUR 5,000 for a joint promotion with TESVOLT and a detailed description of the project and the installation company in photovoltaik publications and on the award website. The projects placing second and third will receive EUR 1,000, a short description on the website and a certificate.
